Account deletion

Deleting your DiceGather account is permanent and takes effect immediately. Here is how to do it — with or without the app installed.

Delete your account in the app
Open DiceGather and go to Menu → Account & Privacy → Delete account, then confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent — there is no recovery window.
Request deletion without the app
If you have uninstalled the app or can no longer sign in, email support@dicegather.com from the email address your account is registered with and ask us to delete your account. We verify that the request comes from the account's registered address and then delete the account. We aim to complete emailed requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile (name, username, city, interests, photos), your meetup intents, your feed posts, your chat memberships, and your sign-in identity. Chat messages you sent remain visible to other participants but are no longer attributed to your account.
We may retain limited records after deletion where necessary for safety and legal compliance — for example, ban records that prevent a banned person from returning. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
